Matrina Poston - President

Leveraging 20+ years of Healthcare and Project Management experience, I am passionate about the systematic development and facilitation of effective organizational change. I have a proven track record of managing programs and projects efficiently and within budget, consulting with executive leadership on system strategic initiatives using Lean methodologies and fostering effective communications among work teams. 

Highly motivated and proficient in producing positive results with demonstrated leadership in training and development, clinical re-engineering, practice redesign and technical system analysis. As a convergent thinker, I analyze voice of the customer data to facilitate collaboration across departments and develop innovative solutions.

Rhoda Jones - Director at Large

I have proudly served on the ICF Michigan Board for the past three years and currently hold the position of Community Outreach Director. In this capacity, I lead efforts to advance our chapter’s Community Outreach vision: to ensure ICF Michigan coaches are recognized for serving the needs of our communities. This work not only gives back to the community but also enhances the visibility of ICF Michigan and elevates the coaching profession.

With over two decades of expertise as a Human Resources Practitioner across diverse industries, I bring a wealth of experience to the board. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I am committed to helping women unlock their potential and navigate critical career transitions with courage and confidence.

Serving on the board is a responsibility I take great pride in. I am dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships, expanding the reach of coaching, and supporting the growth of our chapter. I believe in the power of coaching to transform lives and am honored to contribute to the mission of ICF Michigan.

Lisa Madaschi - Marketing & Communications Director 


Lisa Madaschi is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), serving as Marketing & Communications Director for ICF Michigan since 2023. She brings over a decade of global corporate marketing experience and 600+ hours of coaching expertise to her role.

As the founder of MaCa Coaching and Mentoring, Lisa leads a collective focused on career growth, leadership development, and mentoring for professionals across industries. Her background includes leading marketing efforts across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Fluent in English, Italian, and Portuguese, Lisa blends strategic insight with inclusive communication to elevate the coaching profession and connect with Michigan’s diverse coaching community.

Amy Mills - Education Director

Amy Mills serves as ICF Michigan’s Education Chair for the 2023 – 2025 term.  Amy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and leadership advisor who has directed large-scale leadership programs for Fortune 50 and mid-size organizations  across global industries for more than 30 years.

Specializing in executive assessment,  development, succession, and coaching solutions, Amy successfully guides C-Suite,  VP, and Director leaders through leadership transformations, combining strategic  insight and practical behavioral change. Prior to joining her current employer, NuBrick Partners, Amy served as Managing Director of the leadership  assessment and development practice at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company,  amongst other leadership roles, where she successfully guided more than one  thousand leaders through comprehensive assessments, development initiatives,  executive coaching, and succession planning processes. Clients value Amy’s unique ability to facilitate meaningful behavioral change with  leaders through guided self-discovery and practical application of development  solutions.

Having built and led diverse teams, Amy has delivered strategic vision and  hands-on leadership transformation programs and solutions to more than 80 global  clients. She is a respected thought leader and published researcher in the field of  organizational psychology. Her assessment expertise includes developing, validating,  and implementing bespoke assessments, along with holding certifications in industry  leading assessments such as Hogan.

Her work is published in The Journal of Applied Psychology and The Journal of  Management, with numerous research presentations at the Society of IndustrialOrganizational Psychology conferences. Continuing her commitment to advancing the  coaching field, she serves on the board of the International Coaching Federation –  Michigan Chapter.

Amy earned a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the State  University of New York, University at Albany, as well as a BS in psychology with a  business minor from Pennsylvania State University.

Venus Brown - Past President

Talent Development leader specializing in leadership and professional development, with extensive expertise partnering with all employee levels in the curation of creative, cost effective global Human Resources, Talent, Training, Performance and Communications solutions - expert platform delivery skills.

Neita Wilson - Director at Large

Neita Wilson is a Life and Clarity Coach who empowers women of faith to find direction, embrace their God-given purpose, and live with intention. As the founder of Celebrating You Ministries, she blends personal development, spiritual growth, and leadership coaching to help clients gain the clarity, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate life’s transitions.

With a background as a speaker, trainer, and facilitator, Neita inspires audiences with her engaging style and practical strategies for stress management, self-care, and purpose-driven living. She works with women, leaders, and organizations to cultivate stronger teams, increase productivity, and build thriving communities.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to encourage and equip others to live fully, grow intentionally, and leave a lasting legacy of faith and impact.

When she’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find Neita pouring into her community, leading workshops, and championing women to rise, lead, and bloom where they are planted.

Nancy Radcliff - Director at Large

Nancy has been in the Healthcare arena for many decades.  She started as a bedside nurse, then was an Emergency Room clinical Instructor, and moved on to be the director of the helicopter program and then Ombudsman, all with Bronson Healthcare in Southwest Michigan.  She is currently the Director of the Bronson Experience, involved in staff and customer satisfaction.

As a coach, She internally assists many hospital services, including staff, leaders, executives and many physicians and mid-level providers.

Public speaking is a passion, along with new learning and training.  She is looking forward to helping Michigan maintain its Chapter and help provide needs and wants to the coaches.  She appreciates the excellent CE offerings ICF Michigan has and their commitment to excellence and process improvement.
